The Jelq and Hold Enlargement Exercise

I know that my girlfriend loves me, but I didn’t always feel as though I was satisfying her in the bedroom. I felt as though I needed a way to make my longer and fuller and in turn really turn up the heat at night! I had read about different penis enlargement exercises and scoffed at their effectiveness. While we’ve covered some common methods for jelqing before today we’ll be talking about the Jelq and Hold technique. This exercise is actually a two-in-one technique that requires two steps in order to achieve maximum results. I quickly realized how much length and girth I had gained with exercise and now I (not to mention my girlfriend) am enjoying a more fulfilling sex life.

The Jelq

Though the exercise itself may seem cumbersome and awkward at first, it will become second nature when performed routinely. I start with my erect penis and my favorite lubrication. The first step of the exercise is to warm up by “jelqing”. By flexing the Pubococcygeus muscle (PC muscle), the erection becomes the hardest, and this is when you begin to jelq continuously for twenty minutes. While pumping the PC muscle, squeeze the penis as hard as you can. Then begin to milk the penis on through the tip. During this time, I would visualize lengthening my penis with every pump. A silly thought, but I felt as though it was effective in achieving my goals!

The Jelq and Hold

The next step of the jelq and hold is the actual “hold” part of the technique. After about 20 jelqs, begin jelqing harder, but stop right before the head and hold for a few seconds. You should feel the actual penis stretching in your hand, which for me was a sign that I was making progress. I found that alternating hands allowed me to go longer and have a more effective exercise session. Overall, I was satisfied with about 500 jelqs and 25 jelq and holds per workout. However, each person is different. In any case, you must do the jelq and hold until the urge to ejaculate is at its strongest. As this point, flex the PC muscle as hard as you can without ejaculating. Do this a few more times to cool down, and then relax.

Conclusion

As I became accustomed to the jelq and hold exercises, I began to see results which only made me more determined to follow this penis enlargement technique. The jelq and hold is not easy! I found that my arms, abs, and thighs became quite sore because of this tremendous workout. However, it was my penis that was quite worked during this process. After each session, my penis would already look fuller and longer. I have never told my girlfriend that I do the jelq and hold, but she knows that something is different. Howe could she not? My penis is longer, fuller, and wider; plus, I can go longer than ever before. She is constantly enjoying the results of the exercises, and we have never been more satisfied.
